The kitchen is fully equipped with a traditional oven, steam oven, bean-to-cup coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor, and fridge-freezer. The house also has a bar with an ice machine, a wine cooler holding 12 bottles and a smaller fridge.

Parking & getting here
The Villa has a garage with space for 3 cars and 2 more parking spaces outside, 2 charging terminals, and a lift to the basement, ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors. (However, the lift does not go to the third floor and the Villa is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility.)
